After all there are so many options to choose from. Let us share six of our favorite female-owned businesses in Twin Falls and the incredible women leading them.

At Meg & Co, we’re proud to be a female-owned business ourselves, and we love supporting other women who are creating, and leading here in our community. Twin Falls is full of inspiring women entrepreneurs, who pour their hearts into what they do.

From boutiques and cafés to wellness studios and creative spaces, these are the local businesses that truly make the Magic Valley shine. Let’s dive in!

Silk Skin Studio: Sydney Jensen

Sydney Jensen is a master esthetician with over seven years of experience. Due to her expertise, she built Silk Skin Studio in Twin Falls into a trusted destination for women. Women want to feel confident, radiant, and cared for in their own skin. Her mission is simple yet powerful, to help each client look and feel their best. She does this through advanced facial treatments, personalized skincare, and professional guidance tailored to individual needs.

Sydney offers a variety of services including custom facials, acne-focused treatments, anti-aging therapies and more. Each service is all about science and artistry. She is using high-quality products and proven techniques to deliver visible results. Moreover, as soon as you enter the studio, you are feeling that calm, restorative atmosphere.

Known for her professionalism and her genuine care for clients, Sydney has built lasting relationships throughout Twin Falls. Her attention to detail, continuous education, and passion for skincare have earned her that great reputation. She is truly one of Twin Falls’ most trusted estheticians.

As a female business owner, Sydney embodies the spirit of empowerment and community that we at Meg & Co love to celebrate. Her work reminds us that confidence isn’t just skin deep, it’s something nurtured, supported, and shared.

Set 2 Sell: Kelsey Jones

Kelsey Jones is the creative force and entrepreneurial mind behind Set 2 Sell Home Staging and Design. It is another proudly female-owned business based in Twin Falls, Idaho. Kelsey has an MBA in Marketing from Idaho State University and over 20 years of experience running a successful digital marketing firm. She combines sharp business strategy with a passion for design to help homes look beautiful and sell faster.

Set 2 Sell has become Twin Falls’ premier full-service staging company. They are known for creating warm, inviting, and market-ready spaces. Their work spans vacant and occupied home staging, open house preparation and photo-ready styling. They don’t shy away from new construction staging or re-design services either.

When she’s not transforming homes, Kelsey enjoys time with her husband of 19 years and their three children. She loves CrossFit, listening to live music, and exploring Idaho’s great outdoors.

Joyful and Adorned: Bambi Johnston

Bambi Johnston has always had a flair for creating memorable experiences. Her journey began alongside her husband in the travel-agency world, helping clients plan everything from weekend get-aways to honeymoons with personalized care and attention to detail. She’s now channelled that same passion into owning Joyful and Adorned, a charming boutique in Twin Falls that ships nationwide.

Joyful and Adorned offers a carefully curated mix of fashion and lifestyle goods: from beautifully styled women’s clothing to stylish handbags, wallets; from a popular candle bar and wax melts to permanent jewelry (custom-fitted and welded onsite by appointment) and toe rings. The boutique also embraces unexpected touches, such as offering a “prayer wall” where customers can share prayer requests, underscoring the brand’s caring, community-minded spirit.

With her blend of marketing savvy, customer-centric service, and style-forward curation, Bambi continues to build Joyful and Adorned into a destination where every purchase feels meaningful and every customer leaves a little more delighted.

Float Magic Wellness Center: Shawnee Powers

When Shawnee Powers opened Float Magic in Twin Falls six years ago, she envisioned more than a wellness studio—she built Idaho’s first comprehensive floating and wellness center focused on stress reduction, recovery, and community healing. Drawing from her background as a registered nurse with a degree from Idaho State University, Shawnee combined medical knowledge with holistic care to create a space offering salt-pool floating, infrared light therapy, dry sauna, cold plunge therapy, and nutritional consulting.

“I see the world in frameworks and connections—the steps needed to make visions possible, the intentions necessary for purpose to remain center focus,” Shawnee said. “I am a dreamer, yet I keep one foot on the ground while turning unrealized potential into incredible opportunities for my community and beyond.”

Her commitment to service extends far beyond her business. Shawnee founded specialized programs for veterans and first responders, providing anonymous access to mental health resources for those coping with trauma and chronic stress. She has also served on multiple community boards, including the College of Southern Idaho Foundation (2019–2025), the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Business for Education, and the Ronald McDonald House Magic Valley Champions Committee.

Her leadership and impact have earned her multiple honors, including the 2023 Extra Mile Award from the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce, the 2022 Partner in Education Award, and recognition as one of the Idaho Business Review’s 2025 Women of the Year.

Shawnee’s vision for Float Magic continues to grow, expanding mental health support and creating accessible wellness resources for Idaho’s rural communities—proving that purpose and compassion can truly transform lives.

TrüFuel Café: Nicole Ward and Chelsie

Long-time friends Nicole Ward and Chelsie turned their shared love for healthy, delicious food into something bigger. They opened TrüFuel Café, a vibrant, health-focused eatery where nourishing meals meet good vibes. The two met back in 2005 in St. Louis, Missouri, while their husbands were both in school. After both families eventually settled in Twin Falls, Idaho, their friendship grew through years of travel, laughter, and countless shared meals—especially acai bowls, which became the inspiration behind their business.

In May 2021, Nicole and Chelsie opened the first TrüFuel Café at 1520 Fillmore St., Suite 2 in Twin Falls, built on a simple but powerful mission: to share fun, healthy, and delicious “fuel” that makes people feel good. The café’s menu includes protein and acai bowls, gourmet toasts, and protein shakes, all crafted with fresh ingredients and love.

Their success and community support led to the opening of TrüFuel Boise in January 2025, expanding their reach while staying true to their roots of friendship, balance, and health.

Believe it or not, but both owners are regulars at their own café. Chelsie can’t resist a PB drizzle on her favorite “Craft Your Own” bowl, while Nicole is partial to the Aloha version. And between their two families? Half were born right here in Idaho—proof that their story, like their food, is truly homegrown.

CrossFit Twin Falls: Becky Chambers

Becky Chambers is the powerhouse behind CrossFit Twin Falls, a registered CrossFit affiliate located in the heart of downtown Twin Falls. With over a decade of coaching experience and a CrossFit Level 2 certification, Becky has built a community-centered gym, where fitness meets encouragement, accountability, and growth.

She has created an inclusive environment where everyone is supported to meet their goals.

A competitive athlete herself, Becky has participated in the CrossFit Open in the Women’s 45–49 division. She has modeled the same resilience and commitment she inspires in her members.
