To maintain transparency, we use a client platform on Buildertrend, which allows clients to track progress and stay informed throughout the entire build of their home. Through this system, clients receive:

- Scheduling updates and upcoming decision points
- Budget tracking and financial transparency
- Direct communication with the project team
Our project managers, who you’ll know by name from day one, are actively involved on-site and send weekly email updates, in addition to a weekly call, so clients always know where their home stands in the building timeline.
