Meet Molly, our talented Design and Project Management Assistant here at Meg & Co! When she’s not creating beautiful designs, Molly is out living her best life—and we just know you’re going to love getting to know her.
Her ideal weekend is a mix of good food, outdoor fun, and a little relaxation. Molly kicks things off with a cozy Friday night at Chili’s with her fiancé, Gage (yes, they’re adorable). Saturdays are for sleeping in until 10:30 (breakfast is still on her mind, even if the world has moved on), playing pickleball, running errands, and either hitting the town for a girls’ night or curling up with a movie.
Sundays? They’re all about routine. Molly and Gage start the day reading the Bible together, followed by some planning, cleaning, and prepping for the week ahead—she’s got Sunday scaries management down to an art.

Our Design and Project Management Assistant, Molly Loves Traveling & Gymnastics
Molly’s sense of adventure doesn’t stop with her weekends. She has a whole note on her phone dedicated to travel destinations, and she’s dreaming of jetting off to places like Hawaii (again!), Paris, and Rome.
And here’s a fun little surprise: Molly has a tattoo! It’s something most people wouldn’t guess about her—she says she doesn’t come across as the “tattoo type,” but we think it just adds to her awesome, dynamic personality. Oh, and did we mention Molly has some hidden talents?
She can still pull off a back handspring, thanks to 10 years of gymnastics. When it comes to comfort food, she’s all about the sugar—especially a slice of rich, chocolate cake.

Best Piece of Advice From Our Design and Project Management Assistant, Molly
The best piece of advice our Design and Project Management Assistant at Meg & Co, Molly received was: “It’s not that serious.” Molly shares that this simple phrase helps her stay grounded when she’s feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Whenever anxiety creeps in, this advice reminds her to take a step back, put things into perspective, and remember that life will go on. This perspective has been invaluable in her role as a creative, where balance is key.

When asked if she is a night owl or an early bird, our Design and Project Management Assistant Molly, can’t decide—so she’s both! She loves the calm of early mornings, the crisp air, and getting in a workout to start the day. But weekends? Nighttime has her heart with its exciting, freeing energy.
Molly, Our Design and Project Management Assistant at Meg & Co, Is A Learner
Molly admits she used to hate reading, but in her journey to become the best version of herself (because good people read books, right?), she’s discovered some gems. Her top recommendation for every woman? In the Flo by Alisa Vitti—life-changing!
As for movies, Molly could chat about her favorites for days. A few on her all-time list: When Harry Met Sally, The Holiday, The Breakfast Club, and of course, all the High School Musical movies.
If Molly could have dinner with any famous or historical figure, her top three picks would be gymnast Shawn Johnson East (her all-time fave—sorry, Simone!), Kylie Jenner (for, well, obvious reasons), and maybe one of the Founding Fathers—just to see how their minds worked in real life.
Molly names two things that she has always wanted to learn but haven’t yet. They are mastering a French braid (because, let’s face it, those women are elite) and learning Spanish. She took two years of it in high school but, in her words, “knows next to nothing.”

Molly’s Profesional Journey
Molly graduated from the College of Southern Idaho with an Applied Associate’s Degree in Drafting Technology. (Yes, it’s quite the mouthful!) Her professional journey that led to design began in an unexpected place—coaching gymnastics. After retiring from the sport herself, her first job was teaching gymnastics to kids as young as three years old.
That role taught Molly two key things: patience and the ability to perform under pressure. Imagine trying to teach one of the most complex sports while juggling a crying toddler, a runaway, and a minor injury all at once! These early challenges shaped her ability to stay calm, adapt, and problem-solve—skills she brings to her work every day at Meg & Co.

Molly first discovered Meg & Co after spotting a home we built in her neighborhood. She was so impressed that she toured two of our parade homes that same year—and it clearly made a lasting impression. She ended up confidently walking in to our office with her resume, eager to join the team—and the rest is history. She’s been with us for a year and a half now, making a big impact along the way.
When asked what excites her most about working at Meg & Co, Molly says it’s all about learning and connecting. “There’s always something new to learn in the construction world,” she shares, and her enthusiasm for discovering the ins and outs of the industry is contagious.
Outside of work, life is equally exciting for Molly. She recently got engaged (congrats!) and is diving into wedding planning. We’re so lucky to have her vibrant energy and passion on the team!

The Charles Project: Molly’s First Parade of Homes
At Meg & Co, every project tells a story, and Molly has been a key part of bringing so many of them to life. With a passion for design and a growing expertise in her field, Molly’s journey with Meg & Co is one of creativity, innovation, and memorable milestones.
Her first major milestone? The Boer—the very first house Molly saw through to completion. This was the project that sparked her excitement for seeing a vision turn into reality. Then came the Taylor, where Molly took on new responsibilities, diving into elevation drawings and crafting detailed finish schedules. These were the moments where her technical skills began to shine.

The Dyson marked another exciting chapter, as she introduced innovative touches like QR codes and bathroom elevations. It’s these small but impactful details that make Molly’s work stand out. And now, the Charles project represents her biggest accomplishment yet—her first Parade of Homes project, and the first home she’s been a part of from start to finish.
Molly Is Passionate About Home Design
Along the way, Molly’s developed invaluable skills that shape her approach to work every day. Patience, leadership, self-trust, and confidence (without needing constant validation) are qualities she continues to rely on in her role.
When it comes to staying on top of industry trends, Molly has a refreshingly modern approach. Like many in Gen Z, she follows social media closely to spot shifts and new ideas. And when asked about her professional inspirations, Molly’s answer is as thoughtful as her designs: she draws inspiration from everyone on the team.
Molly’s journey with Meg & Co is filled with exciting firsts and creative breakthroughs. Her dedication, innovation, and passion for design make her an invaluable part of our team—and we can’t wait to see what she’ll achieve next!
